Director of Operations

With more than 27 years of experience in corrections and human services, I have built my career around leadership, training, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and helping others achieve greater independence. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, developing a strong ability to communicate with compassion, remain calm in challenging situations, and treat every person with dignity and respect.



My experience includes serving as a Work Release Workforce and EIP Program Coordinator, supporting individuals as they developed life and employment skills and prepared for successful transitions into the community. I also served in a senior leadership and training role within a correctional setting, where I mentored and trained staff, as well as a General Instructor and Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Officer. These roles strengthened my skills in leadership, behavioral support, crisis prevention, de-escalation, problem-solving, and creating safe and supportive environments.

In addition, I have six years of experience in property management administration and customer service. Across every role, I have remained committed to integrity, accountability, teamwork, compassion, and person-centered support. I believe effective leadership means leading by example, listening, building trust, and creating opportunities for individuals to grow, succeed, and live as independently as possible.
