For many families, choosing a group home comes with hard questions: Will my loved one be safe?  Will they feel included? Will they get the right care? These are genuine concerns, and we built our homes to address them with compassion, structure, and trust.

At Home Sweet Home Care, our licensed group homes for adults and teens with disabilities are small, family-like settings where residents receive 24/7 professional support. With engaging activities, nutritious meals, transportation, and opportunities for independence, each person is treated with dignity and respect—while families gain peace of mind.
