Direct Support Professional (DSP)

I am Isaac Kaiser, a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Home Sweet Home Care. I have been in this profession for 3.5 years. Before this profession, I worked as a Laboratory Technologist is the hospital for 9 years and transitioned into Social Science and Psychology in the effort to know people and the reason for their actions especially those relating to crime, drug addiction and juvinile delinquency.

I hold a Higher National Diploma and a Bachelor of Science degree in Laboratory technology as well as a Master’s degree in social sciences criminology and criminal justice. In my quest to fit into every organisation I find myself and help promote safety awareness and controlling workplace hazards, I took a professional certification exam organised by NEBOSH UK  in Occupational Health and Safety.


I have always thrived in the area of helping persons with IDDs hence my passion to become Board Certified Behavioural Analyst (BCBA) soon. Home sweet Home Care offers the platform for every staff to grow and thrive.
